📝 Initial Registration & Oath-Taking

Online registration for new passers is scheduled to begin on April 13, 2026.

Requirements for Registration:

  • Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
  • Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  • 2 passport-sized photos (colored, white background, with complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 short brown envelope

Successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals. Those who cannot attend the face-to-face mass oath-taking may opt for virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Online registrations for oath-taking close five (5) calendar days before the scheduled date.

The February 2026 PNLE covered competencies in the following areas, divided into five (5) test parts:

  1. Nursing Practice I – Community Health Nursing
  2. Nursing Practice II – Care of Healthy/At-Risk Mother and Child
  3. Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Problems in Surgery, Oxygenation, Fluid and Electrolytes, Infectious, Inflammatory and Immunologic Response, Cellular Aberrations (Acute and Chronic)
  4. Nursing Practice IV – Care of Clients with Problems in Nutrition, Gastrointestinal, Metabolism, and Endocrine; Perception and Coordination (Acute and Chronic)
  5. Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Maladaptive Patterns of Behavior (Acute and Chronic); Care of Clients with Life Threatening Condition, Acutely Ill/Multi-Organ Problems, High Acuity and Emergency Situations
