November 2025 PNLE Results: 90.04% Passing Rate Achieved

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially released the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) results on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 — fifteen (15) working days after the last day of examination.

📅 Examination Schedule

The examinations were administered on November 4-5, 2025 across multiple testing centers nationwide. Due to Typhoon "Tino," examinations in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban were rescheduled to November 6-7, 2025.

📝 Initial Registration & Oath-Taking

Online registration for new passers will begin on December 23, 2025.

Requirements for Registration:

  • Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
  • Notice of Admission (for identification)
  • 2 passport-sized photos (colored, white background, with complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 short brown envelope

Oath-taking schedules will be announced separately. Examinees who cannot attend in person may opt for online or special oath-taking ceremonies.

📚 Examination Coverage

The PNLE covers competencies in 11 key areas of nursing practice, divided into five (5) test parts:

  1. Nursing Practice I – Community Health Nursing
  2. Nursing Practice II – Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child
  3. Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part A)
  4. Nursing Practice IV – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part B)
  5. Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part C)
